You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time for setup.

A team member will be available to assist with both setup and cleanup.

Terms & Conditions

Includes a 2-hour private party for up to 25 children ($400)
Additional children over 25: $5 per child
Maximum occupancy: 70 guests
Tables and chairs provided
You may bring decorations, balloons, food, cake, and drinks

Not Allowed:

Alcohol
Gum
Smash Cakes
Bubbles
Pinatas
Confetti
Smoking or Vaping

Payment & Reservation

A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit ($200) is required to reserve your event.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before setup.

I have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Party Reservation & Agreement Form, including the Time Slots, Supervision & Safety, Clean-Up and Time Management, Payment & Reservation, and all Party Terms & Conditions. I understand that my reservation is subject to these policies and agree to comply with them.

By booking your event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. You understand that the date and time listed will not be confirmed until an eKids representative contacts you and further understand that you will have to pay a non-refundable $200 to reserve the confirmed date and time.

I understand that participation in play activities involves physical activity and possible risk of injury. By signing this agreement, I accept responsibility for all guests attending this party and release eKids and Encounter Church from liability for injuries or accidents except in cases of gross negligence.
