Welcome to eKids
We want everyone to have a fantastic time. Please review our house rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
Three-Strike Policy
To ensure the safety of all children, if your child has to be reminded of the rules on the 3rd strike, we will need to ask you to leave.
Facility Rules
Parental Supervision: Parents or guardians must accompany children and ensure they follow the rules. Parents and guardians are responsible for the children they bring into the eKids facility.
Socks are Required: Socks must be worn at ALL times by children. NO shoes or bare feet are permitted for kids in the play areas.
Food & Drink Policy: Outside food and drinks can be brought into eKids, but they must remain on the black rubber floor areas. They are NOT allowed on the carpeted/grass turf areas or in the playhouses.
Toddler Zone: Soft Play climbing toys are strictly for children 2 years old and under. Please ensure older children are not taking them apart or playing roughly in this area.
Ride-On Toys: ALL ride-on toys MUST stay on the rubber floor and remain out of the playhouses at all times to prevent damage and ensure safety.
Health & Wellness: Please ensure your children are feeling well before visiting. Do not bring sick children to the facility. We reserve the right to ask sick guests to leave.
Strictly Prohibited
- No profanity allowed at any time.
- No climbing or hanging on any of the netted areas of the playground.
- No climbing up the slides or standing in front of the slides at any time.
- Absolutely no toys are allowed to be brought up into the playground areas at any time.
- No running rough/horse play.
- No hanging on or swinging from the upright obstacle bags.
