1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a party, making a payment, or visiting the eKids facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Indoor Playground Rules & Safety

Waiver Required: A signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian is required for every child before entering the play area.
Socks Only: Socks must be worn at all times in the play areas by children. Bare feet and shoes are strictly prohibited for kids.
Supervision: eKids is not a drop-off facility. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises and actively supervise their children at all times.
Code of Conduct: Roughhousing, bullying, foul language, and destructive behavior are not tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone violating these rules to leave without a refund.

3. Birthday Party Reservations & Cancellations

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Guest Count: Final guest counts must be confirmed prior to the party. Additional guests beyond the package limit will incur an extra fee per child.
Outside Food: Outside food is generally not permitted, except for a birthday cake or cupcakes for booked parties. Please contact us for specific dietary accommodations.

4. Online Payments & Pricing

Payment Processing: All online payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit cards.
Pricing: Prices for admission, parties, and services are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
Refunds: Admission passes and party deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Limitation

Participation in indoor playground activities involves inherent risks of physical injury. By using our facility, you assume all risks associated with participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eKids, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our facility or website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of eKids or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, website, or facility operations at any time without prior notice.
